We'll be starting out in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From there we head south towards Patagonia before turning west and crossing the Andes mountain range into Chile. We'll then ride the length of Chile, from south to north, passing through the world's driest region - the Atacama desert. We'll then cross into Peru and visit Lake Titicaca before heading on to Cuzco and ride the 'most beautiful road in the world' to Ollantaytambo and the old Inca city of Machu Picchu.
We then backtrack to the capital, Lima before heading into the Amazon. After putting the bikes on a cargo boat we'll reach Iquitos, near the old leper colony at San Pablo. Another cargo boat should see us to Leticia in Colombia and from there we'll be taking a cargo plane to Bogota.
From Bogota it's back to bikes all the way to Caracas in Venezuela so long as we manage to avoid being kidnapped on the way through Colombia.
